原文如下：
今日(6月18日)，在国内各大英雄联盟门户网站，均转载了一篇Riot记者编写的关于EDG电子竞技俱乐部的文章。但我们发现，翻译这篇文章的作者，没有能够准确的表达原作者的意图，部分内容与事实有较大出入。
今天我代表俱乐部，进行一些说明。
我们创建这个俱乐部伊始，目的是做一个积极向上，阳光和进取的电子竞技俱乐部。希望通过我们的努力，能做到代表广东，甚至中国的电子竞技俱乐部。爱德朱先生对俱乐部和电子竞技项目的大力支持，给了冰柜和我非常大的动力和信心。我们希望通过俱乐部全体人员的共同努力，能做到把电竞技融入我们的生活，能够跟其他传统体育项目一样，能被社会所接受和欢迎。这篇文章的翻译者所翻译的部分内容，扭曲了英文原版的真正含义，也使我们受到了伤害。我仅代表俱乐部做出声明，希望该翻译者和各大网站，能修改错误部分。让读者能清楚的真正了解原文所表达的意思。
Today, most of the portals sites of League of Legends reprinted an article from a Riot reporter. This article is about Edward Gaming and we regrettably find that the translated did not express the intention of original author accurately.
The title and some contents of translated not tally with the facts.
The reason we built Edward Gaming was to found an active and positive e-sports club, hoping that through our efforts, we can represent the electronic sports club of GuangZhou, even China. Mr. Ed Zhu has given his strong supports to club and electronic sports. I and my partner Bing Gui gained great motivator and confidence from him. We hope that one day we can integrate e-sports into daily life, and let e-sports be welcomed by society like other sports.
The translator of this article distorted the meaning of some contents of the original article. This behavior is injurious to us. On behalf of Edward Gaming I make this declaration, hoping the translator and sites which reprinted this translated could correct the wrong portion, and help readers clearly understand the intention of original article.

翻译作者的反驳
本人关于EDG经理 “关于”Riot官网EDG特写....“一些情况的说明” 的说明
本人在该文发表当日看到后觉得十分好玩，因此在原文链接跟大家讨论。我相信看过该贴的朋友必然有几个是看了原文的，可以证明本人并非编造、歪曲。
之后由于感兴趣，本人将全文翻译完毕并发布。 水平有限，错误肯定有。 但是大的事实错误我没那水平编不了。
